All participants received 6 days information for psychology-classes; also for recruitment of respondents.  All participants downloaded an Happiness-App and recorded their happiness at T1, T2 and T3.

At T1 participants were randomly assigned to either
1 TREATMENT
    - watched a tutorial about responding to ESM and DRM notifications
   - Received 4 ESM and 1 DRM notifications each day during 2 weeks

0 CONTROL; no further instrictions or notifications
