Self report on single question:

Now please think about yesterday from the morning until the end of the day. Think about where you were what you were doing who you were with and how you felt.
Would you like to have more days just like yesterday?
0   no
1   yes

Computation: % yes

This question does not measure hedonic level of affect of individual persons adequately, since yesterday's mood does not always correspond with average mood in the last few weeks.
