Operationalization
8 week self-improvement project on self-reflection for enhanced self-awareness. Participants were asked to keep a weekly log of three good things that happened to them during the week, and record them using a count-your-blessings form. They were then asked to reflect on these good thing using three Naikan-mediation-like questions.
