Operationalization
Ethnic concentration is defined as follows:
Ethnic Concentration(ijt)=  Natives(ijt) / Immigrants(jt) *100 where subscript I represents a particular ethnic group residing in a specific region j and t represents the corresponding time period.  Australian Bureau of Statistics 2001, 2006
2011 and 2016 census data on the population across Australia were used to construct ethnic
concentration variable.
