Ratio of number of happy moods over number of unhappy moods per day, as assessed for a period of three weeks assessed using the following questions:

A What percentage of the time you were awake today did you feel happy?"
B What percentage of the time did you feel unhappy?
C What percentage of the time did you feel neutral (neitherhappy nor unhappy)

Ss were told that the three percentages should add up to equal 100%.
