- Participants were randomly assigned to:
1. AVANTI WEB-BASED INTERVENTION. It consists of 14 sessions across 5 weeks. For every session, users receive an e-mail with a unique link. By clicking on the link, users are directed to a predetermined sequence of websites that are unique for that particular session. Tasks and exercises focus among others on mindfulness, character strenghts, savoring, worry and rumination, thought control, adapting and coping to negative experiences
