- How much appreciates a child his or her own appearances? How good is the child at school in her or his own perception and how is her or his assessment of her or his achievements at school. Self-Perception profile for Children (SPPC). 36 items, scored on 4-pointsscale. Children can pick out of two statements to indicate whether the statement is 'really true' for them or only 'sort of true' . Examples:
1. Some children are satisfied about their own appearances, but other children are not satisfied about their own appearances.
2. Some children are satisfied with their own height and weight, but other children would prefer a different height or weight.
