The intervention group underwent a happiness training at work and at home. 3 time points: T0= Before intervention T1= After interventiuon T2= Follow-up (after 4 weeks) This means that there were 2 groups who filled out a questionnaire 3 times , plus 2 subgroups of whom were saliva and ANT* taken at T0 and T1. *Attention Network Test, (Fan,J. et al. 2002)

A Detect your favorite happiness excercises.
B Be a happiness messenger and tell your favorite excercises to other people.
C Reward yourself for your happiness-work during the last week and give yourself a treat.
