Physical exercise is measured with the Short Questionaire to Assess Health enhancing physical activity (SQUASH). People 18 years or older who comply with the norm complete for a minimum of 5 days at least 30 minutes moderate-intensive physical activities. For 55 plus same norms are valid but with a lower intensity.
