2-item index of closed questions on the quantity of support from neighbourhood and community and the parent's perceived satisfaction with the support
avaiable. Satisfaction was rated on a 4-point scale, ranging from very satisfied to very dissatisfied
(adapted scale from Henderson e.a., 1981).
