Questionnaire administered in groups of 5 to 9 thay were given the SIS and a questionnaire labeled "Self Concept" which consisted of the well being measure and 27 other traits.

- 13 positive traits and 14 negative traits are selected from the original list of 33 statements.
a. Before voting I thoroughly investigate the qualifications of all the candidates.

c. It is sometimes hard for me to go on with my work if I am not encouraged.
d. I have never intensely disliked anyone.
e. On occasions I have had doubts about my ability to succeed in life.
