 3 subsamples: 1 experimental group and 2 control groups. Experimental subjects were selected at random from the group that met the eligibility criteria. To each experimental member 4 controls were linked. Control group 1 consisted of subjects who had moved on their own outside the project. Control group 2 consisted of those who still had not moved by the time of the 6 mo. Post-move evaluations of the movers.
