SELECTION OF FINDINGS

Research findings on happiness are harvested on a continuous basis, in the following steps:

  1. Scanning of the research literature on subjective well-being for promising publications
  2. Selection on concept: only publications that report a study on happiness in the sense of life-satisfaction
  3. Selection on measurement: only publications that report a study in which a valid measure of happiness is used

This collection of correlational findings consists of standardized descriptions of thus selected research findings
