Description

Self report on single question:

Here is a card that I want you to use to tell me how satisfied or dissatisfied you with your life in general. If you are completely satisfied with it you would say "eleven' and if you are completely dissatisfied with it you would say "one". If you are neither completely satisfied not completely dissatisfied you would put yourself somewhere from "two' to "ten". The higher the number, the more satisfied you are.
