Operationalization
Index of 5 single questions on satisfaction with:
a: your job
b: the amount of say you have in how your job should be done
c: where you work: the surroundings and conditions
d: the hours you work and the amount of work you are asked to do
e: what you have (equipment, information, supervision, etc.) for doing your job
All scored on a 1-9 rating scale, summation by average.
