Participants were randomly assigned to either a treatment or control condition

1: TREATMENT:  6-week 'Working for Wellness Program' (1 hour session per week during their normal working week). The program consisted of 6 small group-based sessions at work of 1 hour each, plus homework:
a. Introduction to program content and to workplace well-being. Completed signature strength test at home.
b. Knowing and using top 10 character strengths in real life. Job crafyting strategies.
c. Goal striving. Action planning on goals and strength.
d. Flow. How to cultivate flow and setting strategies for increasing time spent in flow.
e. Relationships and altruism. Strength based strategies for optimizing relationships.
f. Consolidation of learning. Evaluation of program and create personal action plans.

0: CONTROL: The control group completed only the 4 questionnaires, and did not participate in the intervention.
