1 treatment group, who additionally received the following treatment

Treatment aimed to improve the health and development of children, which involved:
-  twice monthly home visits by a mentor
-  during 5 years, from pregnancy until the children start school

Mentors aimed to support women by
- building a personal relation with them
- help them to improve parenting and problem solving
using role modelling, coaching, encouragement and feedback
