 In a mid-Norwegian county 90% of the adults were medically screened. Those who had to be reexamined because of too high blood pressure or glucose were asked to participate in the study. Questionnaires were administered at three successive dates (T1,T2 and T3). Intervals between those dates ranged from a few days to a few months.
